1. Tour Bookings

All tour arrangements are made directly between you and the guide. Specific itineraries, pricing, and terms will be agreed upon in writing (email or message) before any payment is made. We do not collect payments through this website — all payment arrangements are discussed individually.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are agreed upon at the time of booking. Generally, we offer:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour date
• 50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days before the tour
• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours (exceptional circumstances considered)

3. Liability

We provide guiding services to help you navigate Huaguo Mountain and the surrounding areas. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, you participate in tours at your own risk. We recommend travel insurance that covers hiking, outdoor activities, and medical expenses. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury during hiking or outdoor activities
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Weather-related disruptions beyond our control
• Third-party services (transportation, accommodation, restaurants)
